About Metro Simple Wireless

Originally from Cuba, Jorge and the late Arnie Recalt have made their customers their number one priority for more than 40 years. Their journey began in 1980 with their original store on Dixie Highway and Oakland Park Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. From there, the family continued to grow and serve the South Florida community, including a location in Lantana, before returning to Dixie Highway with Metro Beeper & Metro Cellular from 2000 to 2016. Today, that same family tradition continues at 7100 Metro Simple Wireless in West Palm Beach.

Jorge and Arnie built their business on something that technology can never replace: trust, kindness, fair prices, and genuine personal service. They created a place where everybody knows your name, remembers your phone, and takes the time to understand what you need — whether you're looking to buy a new phone, repair your current one, activate service, pay your phone bill, or simply stop by to see family and friends.

More than 40 years later, those values remain at the heart of everything we do.
